Real estate agent Ethan Norona has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. He comes from a family of business leaders — his father works in banking and his mother is an insurance professional — so he was exposed to the business realm at an early age. Now, after finding success in the insurance industry, Ethan is expanding his business into real estate sales.
Born and raised in Southern California, Ethan has a strong work ethic that was instilled by his parents, who are both immigrants. They worked hard to provide for their family and taught their children to value hard work and perseverance. In Ethan’s case, he completed two associate degrees at Skyline College before forging his own career in the insurance field. He is licensed in property and casualty insurance, as well as accident and health and life-only insurance, in the state of California, and he created an agency with his brother in 2020. As an insurance agent, he enjoys helping clients to find the coverage that meets their needs and giving them the peace of mind that they are fully protected.
Ethan earned his real estate license in California in 2022. From his insurance business, he gained experience in customer support, lender and mortgage company communication, and community networking, and he is now able to transfer those skills to the real estate industry. He is excited to be helping his clients find their forever homes.
Ethan lives in the Bay Area and is active in the community. He participates in the local Adopt-A-Family program to assist families in need during the holidays. He also enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, traveling, playing music, and spending time with his loved ones.
