Frank Nguyen is a Data Analyst turned Realtor. As he was growing up, he was told by family and friends that he had a knack for building relationships with everyone he met. After graduating college and taking an unhappy turn through the corporate world, he decided to break the nine-to-five mold and utilize those natural talents to forge a new career in real estate.
With his professional background, Frank was well-equipped to be a real estate professional. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and has worked as an operations assistant and data analyst, enabling him to effectively assess public data to identify potential leads, enhance operational efficiency, optimize marketing campaigns, and gain a better understanding of what customers want. Born and raised in Oakland, he’s familiar with Bay Area cities, including Alameda, Berkeley, and Castro Valley.
Core values of service, integrity, respect, and humor serve Frank well in real estate. His clients are mainly investors and first-time buyers. He enjoys working hard to help them achieve their goals, build wealth, and pursue a path toward financial freedom.
On days off, Frank likes to go fishing to unwind, recenter, and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. He recently adopted a rescue dog named Kana and is learning the joys and responsibilities of caring for another living being.
